Friends of the Family Home Health Care is a home health care company which offers a variety of services to allow your loved one to remain at home in the most comfortable environment. We offer in-home, in-facility, medical and/or non-medical care. Hourly to 24-hour care is available as well as check-in/monitoring, post-operative care, transportation, light housekeeping, meal preparation and companionship. Our services begin with a FREE in-home or in-facility assessment of your loved one to determine a care plan. After a care plan has been determined, our staff of licensed health care professionals will begin providing care for your loved one. Each of our staff members is highly trained and carefully selected.
