Owner Karen Husby-Coupland had been teaching Iyengar Yoga at a number of other locations in Ann Arbor, and decided it was time to consolidate her efforts in one space.SpecialtiesHarmony Yoga of Ann Arbor is a small, friendly yoga studio on Ann Arbor's west side. We offer Iyengar Yoga classes for beginners as well as for more experienced yoga students. There are also a couple of Gentle Yoga classes for those who prefer a quieter, slower-paced approach to the practice of yoga. The practice of Iyengar Yoga uses physical alignment as a starting point to develop strength, flexibility, stamina, coordination, and concentration within a safe and systematic approach to learning the yoga poses. Yoga is for everyone who is interested, whether you are young or old, flexible or stiff, weak or strong.
