Westminster Church of Detroit is a multicultural Christian community serving southeast Michigan since 1857. The church offers various ministries for children, youth, men and women. Its music ministry offers chapel choir, Sunday singers, and hand bell choir. Chancel choir at the church is open to men and women and comprises children from middle and high school. Handbell Choir offers hymn arrangements and original hand bell compositions. Camp Westminster on Higgins Lake has been part of the outreach and educational ministry program of Westminster Church of Detroit since 1925. Camp Westminster is accredited by the American Camp Association, and is licensed by the state. The programs offered at the camp include an annual alumni weekend, family camp and an intergenerational canoe trip. The church is located in Detroit.
