With an office in Charlotte, Mich., the Barry-Eaton District Health Department maintains an office of emergency preparedness that supports the citizens of Barry and Eaton Counties, Mich. The department supports a substance abuse programs that promotes and provides various community-based programs to improve the quality of life for the members of the community who are affected by problems related to substance abuse.
