History
Lisa and Adam started Synecdoche as a design collaboration that worked closely with small start up businesses to tailor a custom space. Synecdoche has grown with our clients since 2009, from a shared space, to a garage, to a full studio and shop in Ann Arbor. The studio now offers full architectural services as well as custom fabrication.
Specialties
We are interested in working on all types of design problems to find creative solutions. Often our designs work through architecture and extend into the making of custom built furniture and installation pieces as they fit with the character and use of the place.
