Beef short rib... for reference the box is a foot long!

Best pastrami of my life. Saturday only, and always call first!

Meat Shop glory. Brisket, Pastrami, and their smoked turkey.

Brisket had some dry spots but was still tender and flavorful. The other end of this slice was moist. Nothing a little sauce can't cure.

Got the Rueben best one I have ever had very tasty and a lot of sandwich you fill up quickly gat a side of mac n cheese best I've ever had ..., Down side it's a little pricy but well worth it

We ordered 2 full racks of ribs. Went to pick up and the gal at counter wasn't very friendly. She offered sauce and gave us one little cup for 2 racks. The ribs were tough, not much meat on them...

The Meat Shop truck was in Brighton this weekend. Tried the pulled pork sandwich, got a pile of park no bun...tired of waiting...didn't want to wait for a bun also order brisket sandwich no bun....
