The Corner Health Center offers a variety of medical care, health education and support services to low-income, young people between the ages of 12 and 21. The center maintains a staff of doctors, nurses, social workers and nutritionists. It offers various general medical services that include coordinated care for pregnant and parenting teens, physical examination, counseling, crisis intervention and other support services. The Corner Health Center also provides food coupons and nutrition education for low-income pregnant and parenting women and their babies.
