She presently serves as the Administrator of a large pediatric practice. She has been the lead administrator on a variety of programs and committees such as outcomes studies, OSHA safety, physician peer review and credentialing, and human resource management. She is a present and past member of many local and national administrative, quality assurance and nursing professional groups.Ms. Rutherford has 20 years of business experience in benefits and human resource administration, project management, and operations. Ms. Rutherford has 10 years of healthcare business operations experience including billing and collections, credentialing, compliance, and HIPAA administration. She has received professional certification in Information Technology and Electronic Health Records.Mr. Gracek began his career in public accounting as an auditor and has over 30 years of experience in private industry as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota " Duluth, with a BA in Accounting, and received his MBA degree from Mankato State University.
