Chef Auggie Austreng & Dr. Turner Berg started Bleu Cuisine Catering & Consulting in 2017 with a combined 45 years of restaurant, catering, and food service industry experience. Dr. Berg, former President of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, grew up in a family run restaurant and together with his former Lead Instructor, Chef Auggie, are prepared to create a culinary experience that lives in your soul and creates memories worthy of your special event.
