St. Paul Bagelry has been baking up some of the most sought-after bagels in the Twin Cities since 1991. In 2007, it found a home in the Lexington Plaza in Roseville and opened up its all-natural, fat-free smoothie-counterpart, Maui Wowi. This free wi-fi coffee shop/lunch spot offers daily, all-natural, made from scratch bagels as well as soups, salads and sandwiches to satisfy. You can find the bagels and accompanying cream cheese in nearly every co-op in the Twin Cities. It is also listed as Minnesota's "best bagel shop" in a 2010 edition of Minnesota Monthly.
