Writer Jessica Woken began Mountain Owl Ink in April 2013. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Creative Writing from the University of California, Riverside (2007) and has written copy on- and off-the-record since then. After relocating to Minnesota from California with her husband, Jessica decided to jump in and go full force on her writing endeavors. The Mountain Owl name started off as Jessica's blog about general things in life in 2010, but didn't take off. She felt the name still fitting for her writing -- as owls are independent, intelligent, watchful and beautiful -- and, therefore, adopted the name for her new business. Jessica welcomes any challenge in copywriting and all writing in general. She doesn't limit her talent to mere sales copy.
