Established in 1984, NOW Medical Centers is a full-care management system with integrated physical therapy services at multiple locations. It operates several urgent care centers that provide services related to X-rays, vaccines, ear and eye irrigation, and flu and tetanus shots, as well as treat sore throats, bruises, sprains, infections and minor burns. NOW Medical Centers provides substance abuse screening, breath alcohol testing and asbestos examinations. Its clinics are staffed with full-time physicians, physician assistants and medical staff. The system also provides a range of preplacement examinations, drug surveillance and on-site safety services. NOW Medical Centers maintains a location in Elk River, Minn.
