In 1974, Don Chlebeck s passion for mold making and the tool and die trade inspired him to start Minnesota Mold & Engineering. The company has grown from a small garage-based operation to its recently expanded 36,000-square-foot facility. It is comprised of four distinct companies: Envision Group, Minnesota Mold & Engineering, United Development Center and Asian Inroads.
