Tacoma Creek Hospitality has been in the hotel management business for 20+ years, and in 2021 we pivoted to bring our high-end hotel experience to AirBNB and other short-term rental hosts through turnover cleans and other behind-the-scenes support that allows hosts to focus on the guests while we service the property itself.
Specialties
AirBNB turnover cleans are our specialty, but we offer much more than just a turnover clean: 1) We provide linens and launder them off-site, plus we replace them as they wear out our own expense (yes, you won't have to do laundry any more!). 2) On every turnover clean we provide and restock a basic set of consumables (think coffee bar, paper towels, dish soap, etc.) and toiletries 3) We have maintenance staff on our team and will provide basic maintenance services to our customers
