For more than 60 years Tempco Manufacturing Company has been a mainstay in St. Paul, Minn. Tempco produces precision stampings, fabrications and assemblies of materials for customers throughout the world in a variety of industries. The company produces all of its own tooling for its punch presses and press brakes generating considerable savings to customers in the production of their parts. It maintains a full-service job shop that specializes in low-cost metal stampings, fabrication and assemblies and also maintains an in-house lifetime tooling program. Sheet metal fabrications include computer numerically controlled turret presses, CNC water jets, a 4,000-watt laser, robotic welder and a full production welding department. Secondary operations include anodizing, broaching, countersinking, counter-boring, drilling, embossing, finishing, grinding, hand de-burring, heat treating, milling, painting, powder-coating, plating, rounding of edges, reaming, riveting, stenciling, spot-welding, shaving, tapping and tumbling services.
