Established in 1990, Transformation House provides solutions to people who are chemically dependent with honesty, love and respect. It provides solutions related addictions, cultures, family background, needed changes and future goals, to name a few through chemical dependency professionals. Some of the firm's service programs consist of individual/group/family counseling, individual program planning, social and living skills and employment and educational referrals, among others. Transformation House offers services related to financial management, spirituality, therapeutic recreation, HIV/STD education, co-dependency issues and addiction and relapse prevention.
