My hair look like im bald headed and I have a lot of hair. Kintae told me that my hair look exactly Like the picture and that's a lie.

Ugly twist style on natural hair. I was told after that I shouldn't have blow dried my hair and that it wasn't nappy enough.

They do not take pride in their work. The young lady who did my hair tried to convince me that it was pretty , knowing it was ugly

Didn't use NO product but want to blame me for blow drying my hair. If it was a problem then why not offer to wash it?
