Schlafly redefined beer by creating the craft movement in St. Louis in 1991. From day one, our founders challenged the status quo with a diverse collection of flavorful styles brewed in small batches with traditional recipes and methods. For years beer lovers have relaxed in our classic pubs with a pint and a bite to eat. Today Schlafly Beer continues to celebrate our legacy of authentic high-quality brews and hospitality at Schlafly Bottleworks in Maplewood. Since 2003, Bottleworks has been where we brew over 60 styles (batch sizes ranging from 20 to 30 barrels) for packaging in 12oz bottles, 16oz cans, 12oz cans and draft kegs for distribution in 17 states. It also serves as a community gathering place with a full menu of high-quality food and enough space to host indoor and outdoor events and festivals.
