Established in 1958, The Korte Company is a general contracting firm that provides construction services utilizing several project delivery methods. The firm specializes in design-build and construction management services. It provides construction services for residential houses, offices, distribution centers, centers of worship, manufacturing plants, retail centers, and educational and entertainment facilities. The Korte Company has constructed more than 50 projects for the Department of Defense, such as facilities for munitions, strategic weapons, chemical warfare and communications, as well as building recreation centers, officer s clubs, youth centers and barracks for officers. The company has a team of architects, engineers and construction supervisors. In addition, it is one of the seven founding members of the Design-Build Institute of America. The Korte Company maintains presence in Nevada, Illinois and Missouri.
