Amanda Jochum, RD, LMNT, LD obtained her Bachelor Degree in Nutritional Science and Dietetics from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She completed her dietetic internship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. Amanda has a wide range of expertise, including weight management, diabetes, heart disease, food allergies and pediatric nutrition. She also provides assistance with planning and preparing healthy meals for families. Amanda was awarded the Nutrition Educator of the Year from the American Dairy Association and Dairy Council of Nebraska in 2008 and the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year from the Nebraska Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2013.
