BancWise Realty was founded in 1997 by Larry Zitek. Bryan Trost and Josh Sand bought the company from their longtime mentor in 2014. Bryan and Josh have a strong desire to cultivate a positive culture in the company and believe most importantly that a balanced life is a life well lived. BancWise exists to create a positive impact on the lives of each person on the BancWise Team and each client we have the opportunity to serve.
