I've had the privilege of working as a Chef for more than 40 years. I was in my teens when I heard the call to develop myself in the culinary arts. Early on, I sharpened my skills in the fast paced glitz and glamour environment of Las Vegas. I've been a chef to the stars, working in Beverly Hills and Newport Beach, and I have traveled the country helping clients satisfy their catering needs. I've enjoyed working in personal kitchens all over the country. From Asian Fusion, to Texas Barbecue, I bring a wide range of styles and flavors to the table.
