Fasolini's started out as a little pizza shop in Los Angeles, California, serving home made family Italian dishes and one of a kind pizza. An under privileged boy from South Philly (Hoffman Street to be exact), Jim Fasolini and his wife Josie, started Fasolini's with a home kitchen stove and a passion for food unmatched by most. There was nothing Jim loved more than to share his home made Italian recipes with all those around him. Jim believed in quality at all costs, as well as hard work and lots of cheese (I mean lots!). Besides the amazing food, Jim's passion and drive made Fasolini's a successful establishment for many years. Jim and his wife, loved to cook for others and see the expressions on their face once they tasted his secret family recipes. Since 1965, Fasolini's Italian food has presented unparalleled tastes and remarkable homemade recipes worthy of the most distinguished palates.
