ICONN arose out of a need to address the lack of culturally-relevant educational and community-grounded services to the ever growing diverse communities of Southern Nevada. Iconn Consultants (ICONN) is committed to promoting positive social change by advancing community-based efforts to underserved communities; specifically youth, people of color, and survivors of interpersonal violence.

At Iconn Consultants (ICONN), our goal is simple: To create positive social change, through innovative, multicultural, community engagement -- one person at a time. We offer keynote speaking, consulting, training, coaching, and advocacy services for individuals, organizations, and schools. ICONN specializes in providing culturally-responsive, solutions-focused options to assist in enhancing personal, organizational, and social connections. Our work is grounded in the fundamental components of social change theory -- influencing individual change to make a powerful social impact. We empower people to break through barriers to experience growth, establish clear goals, and gain a renewed sense of vision and purpose in working with diverse and multicultural communities.
