Landscape Services, also known as LSI, provides a range of services, including design and irrigation, installation and maintenance, and haul off and grading. Founded in 1992, the company oversees a professional staff of more than 150 employees. As one of the largest landscape contracting companies in southern Nevada, it serves homebuilders and commercial and custom residential clients. Landscape Services builds various large-scale projects, including apartment complexes and planned communities and industrial parks. It offers design-build, estimating, installation, irrigation and maintenance services. The company is certified by the Southern Nevada Water Authority. In addition, Landscape Services implements the quality assurance certification program sponsored by the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.
