We have experience in traditional sales, foreclosure and short sales, 1031 exchanges as well as probate sales. We are a full-service real estate brokerage which means that we not only can we negotiate the purchase or sale of your properties, we can also manage those properties for you! We offer flat rate management for residential properties for a low rate, regardless of the rental rate. For our commercial clients, we offer property management but on a different fee structure. In addition, we offer Business Brokerage services and Notorial Services to our clients.
