Midwife, Lydi Owen is the owner of PowerBirth, Inc. and pioneer of the home birth movement in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has trained 12 midwives and delivered over 2700 babies at home to date. She worked with the Clark County Health Department's overseer of birth certificates in the late 1970's to allow midwives to record the birth certificates of all the babies they attend at home births.
