HistoryKri Edholm, Owner of Leadership Excursion Co., worked in the technology industry for two decades. She also served as a mountain rescue volunteer with Las Vegas Metro Search and Rescue for 14 years, one of the busiest SAR units in the world. During Kri's career as a technology executive, she had access to the brightest, most educated resources available. However, she noticed that most people she worked with or was looking to recruit had never received leadership training. In 2015, Kri combined her experience in technology with SAR and launched Leadership Excursion Co. Kri believes in a hands-on approach to leadership training and understands that training is important, but supporting her clients during implementation is the key to success.
