My real estate business has evolved our the years. For Sellers: I currently focus on full service listings at a discounted rate. Technology allows me to market the property in more efficient ways. My focus is on presentation of the property. I now include professional pictures and give the seller a suggested list of items to make the best presentation of their home. My sellers consistently close above the average market value price. For Buyers: I meet with every buyer for 30 minutes or 1 hour to go over the buying process and to get in depth idea of what type of home they want. My buyers are armed with information throughout the buying process which allows my buyers to have a less stressful experience. My buyers feel confident in their decisions because they are well informed.
