Personal Training Small Group CrossFit Training Strength and Conditioning for Athletes We are not the typical gym, and CrossFit is not your typical training program. Each time you train with us you will be coached and pushed to work as hard as you can without compromising your safety or technique. We will help you find your weaknesses and then destroy them. We are proud of the community we have at Silver State CrossFit, a community of people who push themselves and then motivate eachother to get better. You will get in the best shape of your life and have fun doing it in a small group of 6-7 other CrossFiters.
