History
Small Smiles Dentistry opened in Reno in 2005. Despite the obstacles that were presented to dentists who provided dental care to the underserved, this Dental Center welcomed the challenge and began to focus mainly on seeing children with Medicaid coverage. Small Smiles operated under a management company from its inception in 2005 until 2014, when the management company at the time was dissolved and Dr. James Mann took over all management responsibilities. The Small Smiles of Reno dental center is now its own fully independent, locally operated dental office.

Small Smiles is locally owned and operated and has been serving the children of the Truckee Meadows since 2005. At Small Smiles, our mission is to give Reno's kids the smiles they deserve. We cheerfully accept Children's Medicaid and State Children's Health Insurance Programs in addition to private insurance and cash payments.
