While my daughters water logged room dries out! Mold is what I'm facing now.

Wood soaked for days puddles of water. Mold growing due to the moisture that upstairs tenants allowed to leak for a week

This is what you wake up to every morning. But ask them to clean it and they are too busy... never too busy to take my money

Only 3 months into my tenancy. Worst decision I ever made!!!
