HistoryDream Tubs Inc was established in 1988 by Las Vegas native Don Ruhland after his Mother purchased a jetted bathtub to help with her arthritis. Originally, Don was a distributor of jetted bathtubs but quickly learned all the ins and outs of jetting and knew he could offer customized services to not only private customers but to builders and plumbers as well. Many companies realized that it was easier and more cost effective to have the tub jetted by Don than the manufacturer. Don treated every customer the way he would want to be treated and because of this, the business grew by word of mouth. In 1994, Don hired Karon Johnson and over the next several years, taught him everything he knew about jetted tubs and customer service. In 2007, Don decided to retire and passed the business onto Karon.
