In 1999 Bonnie decided to go full time into real estate and joined Coldwell Banker of Claremont NH. The first house that she sold was a small one but today Bonnie is one of the most successful agents in the Claremont NH area reaching the $3million sales point in 2015! She has sold homes to three generations within the same family over the years, and sometimes over some period years may often sell a home that buyers had purchased from her years before. Things have changed a lot since 1985. From fax machines to smart phones, from very little communication, to answering emails late at night, the industry has changed and grown and Bonnie has seen it and moved with it.
