Dirt and stains still on carpets. Removable carpets clearly were not shampooed as I asked. Trim and door jams not wipes down.

Hard to see, but this was not vacuumed by evidence of dirt there since I dropped the car off.

Stains still on back of seat. I took a wet cloth and removed it myself.
