Opened in 1925, Mt. Pleasant Elementary School serves more than 350 students in kindergarten through grade five. Its curriculum focuses on language arts, reading, writing and math skills. The elementary school also offers classes in computer applications, music, art and social skills. In addition, the elementary school supports the Title I program. Mt. Pleasant Elementary School serves reduced-price meals. The school has a parent-teacher organization that conducts monthly meetings and sponsors educational and enrichment programs, ice cream and pizza nights. The organization also raises funds for field trips and supplemental teaching supplies. Mt. Pleasant Elementary School is located in Nashua, N.H.
