History
I began my spiritual journey at the age of fourteen when I began to realize that there was more to life than what we can see with our own eyes. Being introduced to shamanism, meditation, breathwork, energy work, crystals, and the power that each modality brings at such a young age, I was brought up with a knowing and desire to heal. I knew that my life's journey from then on was to be a healer, but I didn't know how I was going to get there. Through healing myself, my shadows, insecurities, and doubts, I gained confidence and the knowledge to help others facilitate healing within themselves. In our sessions together, I will use the tools I have gained through my education and training to help you access deep and profound healing experiences through subconscious reprogramming, accessing past life or life between lives memories, as well as through energy healings and holding space for you to understand your spiritual journey through mentorship.
