The Division of Family Health Services is a part of the Department of Health and Senior Services, which is governed by the state government of New Jersey. The division administers various programs that enhance and ensure the health, safety and well-being of families and communities in New Jersey. It operates various primary health care centers that serve children, adults, families and senior citizens. The Division of Family Health Services also provides prenatal services, as well as serves children with special needs. In addition, the division offers supplemental nutritional food to pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to the age of 5 through the WIC program.
