Located in East Brunswick, N.J., Churchill Junior High School is operated by East Brunswick Schools. It is a coeducational school, and serves more than 1,500 students in grades eight and nine. The junior high school offers various academic courses, such as business education, computer studies, family and consumer science, and technology education. It provides a wide variety of clubs and extracurricular activities, including science team, sewing, Spanish club, natural helpers, peer mediation and tutoring, poetry club, intramurals, international club, computers and chorus ensemble. The junior high school provides variety of sport activities, including soccer, field hockey, cross country and football. The school offers various facilities, such as a media center with computer laboratories, library and cafeteria. Churchill Junior High School is designated as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence by the Department of Education.
