Established in 1916, Fort Lee High School is a public school that enrolls more than 1,000 students. The high school, located in Fort Lee, N.J., provides academic education and higher learning opportunities to students in grades nine through 12. Its curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies and foreign languages with a choice in French, Spanish and Latin. Additionally, the school provides courses in physical education, industrial arts, economics, finance, computer applications, consumer and criminal law, the United States history and government, fashion and interior design. Fort Lee High School also provides advanced-placement courses and special education and SAT and ACT preparation classes. The high school organizes various extracurricular activities, such as theater, band, dance and orchestra groups, musical concerts, fashion shows and book fairs. It provides various sports activities, such as basketball and wrestling. The school is a part of the Fort Lee School District.
