HistoryThe Hair Room was created from the dreams of a little southern girl who grew up in her mother's salon in Houston, Texas. Anatalie moved to NYC in 2012 to advance her hair career where she became a color specialist for Elizabeth Arden's newest concept in Union Square The Red Door. With a passion for all things beauty and creating lasting relationships with her guests she knew it was time to create something for Jersey City. The Hair Room evolved from an idea of creating a warm and inviting new salon concept to what you see today. What began as a partnership with fellow small business owners for pop up events turned into a boutique salon, featuring an appointment only model that allows guests longer appointment availability options, in an inviting and warm environment.
