Reflections is a specialized memory care program operated by Brandywine Senior Living. The program serves cognitively impaired individuals and helps to build relationships between residents, caregivers, families and the community through individualized care and therapeutic activities. It includes various lifestyle assessments, family meetings, and resident service and ongoing staff training plans. Reflections employs trained recreation personnel to provide assistance with daily programs. The program operates Lifework Centers, which features a kitchen, laundry room, and office and vanity areas. The centers help to increase socialization, staff-resident interaction and opportunities to continue normal social roles. Located in Brick, N.J., Reflections additionally offers training on Alzheimer's disease.
