Sell Your Home By Owner was created with the client in mind. We wanted to create a service where the homeowner can do the showing and the pitching while we do the negotiating and the selling. We're proud to only chare a 1% commission fee and to put the clients' needs first.
Specialties
Nobody can show your home better than you. You do the showing and we do the selling for only a 1% commission. We do more for 1% than others do for 6%! We make less, but the homeowners make more.
