HistoryIn January 2010, my brother David sent me a note asking if I would be interested in attending a seminar by Bruce D. Schneider. Since I am always hungry for new knowledge, I attended the seminar. I found I connected with so much of the concepts and messages, that the idea of coaching others began to click. Soon, I found myself deciding to choose to participate in life rather than give in to my obesity. I also signed up to be certified in this new venture of coaching.
