Since 2004, Spectrum Physical Therapy and Athletic Training has provided physical therapy services around the communities of our two locations, Edgewater and Old Tappan, New Jersey.

Our Physical Therapists are highly qualified and provide exceptional Physical Therapy for various individuals who suffer from a variety of different musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Additionally we specialize in the rehabilitation of athletes (of all ages) who suffer from sports related injuries. We work with all major NJ/NY insurance companies.
