Mary began her career by staging an investor's vacant home in Ridgewood, NJ. The home had previously been on the market for over two months and had over 150 show ups with no offers! After staging the property, the house was under contract in 2 weeks! After that experience, Mary was introduced to the APSD system by an investor client, the first house she staged using Karen Schaefer's home staging system sold in 2 weeks! The realtor was ecstatic, the seller amazed and Mary was smitten with the APSD staging system.
