The Tewksbury First Aid Rescue Squad, established in 1990, is a dedicated group of volunteers who provide exceptional prehospital care to the Tewksbury Township community in New Jersey. With a range of services including Basic Life Support, extrication of patients involved in motor vehicle accidents, and various other forms of rescue services, the squad boasts a fleet of ambulances, first responders, off-road rescue transport, and a rescue unit.
Comprised of approximately forty volunteers, the squad's members hold various positions, participate in committees, and undergo extensive training and continuing education to ensure the highest level of service. In addition to serving Tewksbury Township, the squad also offers a vibrant cadet program and welcomes members who are firefighters or ride with other squads.
