HistoryJoe and Linda Conti, residents of Bergen County, launched The Tail Trail in 2009. Joe, Linda and the rest of the Conti household are are all animal enthusiasts. As a matter of fact, Joe grew up with aspirations of becoming a veterinarian. He even attended Purdue University (undergraduate), since it offered (and still does) a graduate veterinary medicine program. Though Joe graduated from Purdue and pursued a career in banking, he remained passionate about animals. So, when he was laid off several years back, he and Linda saw that as an opportunity to launch The Tail Trail.SpecialtiesThe Tail Trail offers * Dog Walking, * In-Your-Home Pet Sitting and * Puppy Care services to residents of Bergen and northern Hudson Counties, NJ. The Tail Trail also opened a retail boutique called Fur the Love of Pets. This boutique caters to those who love cats and dogs. Some of the merchandise that Fur the Love of Pets carries are specialty T-shirts, mugs, coasters, plaques and magnets for the pet lover; and local, all natural treats, toys, stuffed animals and leashes.
