House Made Silky Tofu ($33) - morel, chewy yuba, sour chili broth, cilantro, peanut. Really expensive version of a Chinese dish.

Ancient Emmer Pita ($6) - good! Bread is fluffy and came out warm.

Whole Roasted Cauliflower ($31) - turmeric tahini, za'atar, date molasses pomegranate, red zhug, fresh herbs, pistachio. Nothing special.

Wood Roasted Artichoke ($26) - cashew kefir, fermented sea rose, nigella black lime. We didn't like this.

Crunchy Saison Battered Black Maitake ($27) - citrus honey, black sesame, house togarashi. Our server recommended this but we didn't like it
