Alain's French Bistro is owned by chef Alain Eigenmann, who has been cooking since he was 13 and is a native of France. The restaurant offers appetizers, such as soupe a l'oignon gratinee and pissaladiere, main courses, such as lapin aux olives and mussels catalan, salads and desserts. To complement lunch or dinner, wine is available and the list includes Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Merlot and more.
